We have experienced things like this before, so I am confident that you will all handle this well.  One of the things you have to do in the restaurant business is keep your eye on the market prices.  Right now, the cost of wings has gone up dramatically, and as a result, we have to react.  We are starting by changing the price of wings on "Wing Night".  Wings will now be $.65 each on wing night.  We will make sure to have this prominently displayed around the facility. If you are questioned about the increase, please reply with something like this:  " The market price on wings has gone up dramatically, and in order to continue to operate we always have to adjust to the market.  We still hope you feel that the quality of our wings continues to make them an outstanding value"!   If you have any questions, please consult with a supervisor in regards to this .
